Novel Time! There are 6 Novels in total, but I can't FIND 'EM Sorry I'll keep trying.
6 Anime Episodes were adapted from the first novel. Then from the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th Novels 7 more Episodes were pulled from various chapters, and are interspersed between the other 6. Now Episode 9 was written specifically for the Anime by the auther of the novels.
Couldn't have made it more confusing huh?!
UPDATE: Found 'em Found 'em! I have found the novels! Well kinda. Now don't go getting cranky on me Littl Brown Books for Young Readers, and Yen Press have picked up the label and will be releasing them, the first one is out, the rest, well the rest just aren't. The tenth I don't even think is out in Japan yet, its an on going series.
K I keept finding mixed reviews: That Vol 1 is already out (Jan 4 09 or October!) or that it will be released April 2009, I'll keep you posted.
